Fitness Dance Lessons

Dance fitness is a kind of group exercise, which includes several dance forms. It is a full body body aerobic exercise, which is divided into different parts, starts from top to bottom. Some of the benefits of dance fitness are: Burn calories.

Jazz & Modern Dance

Key features of jazz dance styles include using feet, arm, and hand positions, isolation (head, shoulder, hips), timing, shape, and movements including body rolls, jazz walks, swings, and kicks.

Zumba Classes 

Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Combining excersize and Latin fast-paced music, it promises a great and fun workout!

Art Lessons

Students will further develop skills, and become more comfortable with art tools. Children will be exposed to the next level of art vocabulary, and will begin to utilize knowledge of color theory. Students will be exposed to design principles, as they create and explore.

Cardio Hip/Hop Dance For Teens

Hip-Hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping.

Dance Pilates For Adults

Build strength and burn fat using light weights to sculpt a healthy, streamlined body with standing Pilates moves that tighten and tone the arms, legs, and core.
